Kugel!

I had to run to the bank this morning, deposit hubby's check and then go grocery shopping... Cept this morning, became afternoon and I didn't leave till 1-ish. Which was okay, but I didn't get home till 4:30. And then I started cooking at 5! [Tonight I have to have dinner ready when hubby gets home at 7 so we can go to a meeting at 7:30]. I made the Cheesy Chicken from the Betty Crocker cookbook. And, well I wanted to try something new and I had a recipe for Kugel in a cookbook someone gave me.

So I made Kugel.

And it smells DIVINE.

I can't wait to eat it!

It's a Jewish dish that I've heard about before. It's really yummy! But I found a recipe in one of my cookbooks and had to try it. Basically, it's sweet noodles.
