As you've likely discovered by now, last night I voluntarily admitted myself into a treatment center. I deeply regret the hurt this has caused Nicole and the ones that love and support me. I am so fortunate to have that support and the unwavering strength of my wife, family and friends. I feel calm and optimistic about the future and with finally coming to terms with the reality of my condition. I look forward to our next chapter together and am determined to give you all as much joy as you have given me.

Keith Urban voluntarily admitted himself to a treatment rehabilitation center last night with his wife by his side.
“I deeply regret the hurt this has caused Nicole and the ones that love and support me,” said Keith. “One can never let ones guard down on recovery and I’m afraid that I have. With the strength and unwavering support I am blessed to have from my wife, family and friends, I am determined and resolved to a positive outcome.”
As a result of his treatment, all immediate appearances for his forthcoming CD will be postponed.
